Claims should be directed to Cowboy. All repairs need Cowboy's execution or approval to be covered under warranty, excluding transport costs for on-site repairs.
Warranty obligations are limited to Cowboy shipping countries. Using the bike outside these designated countries may void the warranty.
Using unauthorized modifications or third-party apps to alter your bike's performance, such as increasing the electric assistance beyond the EU's legal limit of 25 km/h, voids the warranty for the motor, torque sensor, battery, and controller. These alterations compromise the bike's integrity and safety standards.
For any warranty claims or necessary repairs, please contact Cowboy directly. All repairs must be authorized or conducted by Cowboy to ensure coverage under your warranty. While replacement parts and repair labor costs are covered, any transportation expenses for on-site repairs or travel to and from a service point will be the responsibility of the bike owner.
Yes, the warranty is transferable and remains valid even if the bike changes ownership, ensuring the bike maintains its quality and reliability for the new owner.
